Dates are subject to availability, and in some cases, may be subject to weather conditions. If the weather conditions are really poor, we shall contact the ticket holder and re arrange another date at no charge.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
No refunds can be given. Once you have booked your date and you want to change the date of your experience then Segway Riders will attempt to move the date for you subject to availability and subject to 4 weeks’ notice.
